Each market is unique to location and unique to the month and year! Would you serve hot apple cider at a June Open House? No! But you would in October! Would you hand out home flyers at a Popcorn Festival in Colorado? No! But you would in Beavercreek, Ohio! Is there as many home buyers house hunting NOW as there were last year? No!
