Would you market a home in, for instance, the Dayton Area the same way you would market a home in California? NO! Why? Because every market is different! Each market is unique to location and unique to the month and year! Would you serve hot apple cider at a June Open House? No! But you would in October! Would you hand out home flyers at a Popcorn Festival in Colorado? No! But you would in Beavercreek, Ohio! Is there as many home buyers house hunting NOW as there were last year? No! (Check out my monthly market reports for more information.) The truth is that the BEST Realtors are selling homes and have not quit. The BEST Realtors are continually striving for new and better ways to market homes, but it does take patience - and that is a virtue!
Happy Selling!
