You also need to choose a realtor that will return your phone calls..   I had a realtor sell me a house, I loved the house. I am a mortgage agent and I wanted to refer people to her as I was happy with my purchase and working with her.   I refered 5 people to her and she only called one of them back.. the other 4 went elsewhere because the could never get her to call them back.. so much for referrals..      so there is more to picking a Realtor than commission and high price analysis.  But good blog.  You seem to have it down..  Now do you return your phone calls.  :-)

Choose and honest, ethical and hard working Realtor who has your best interest at heart.  If buyers and sellers do this, the commission paid will be well worth it!
