I just spent $135 to better my marketing as a Realtor, and I mean "just" less than an hour ago! I spent marketing money on a Sony Cybershot camera with a panorama photo feature. Already I feel like a million bucks! The camera is the best marketing money I EVER spent as a Realtor! My listings will now have the extra marketing and advertising spark so many listings are lacking, and result in more home buyer showings than the competition netting more money for my home sellers. I'm so excited and wanted to share my newly discovered, low cost real estate business boosting tool with fellow Realtors and For Sale By Owners too! Instead of the traditional home photos, such as the following galley kitchen marketing photo.
Buyers will now have a better idea of room size and features, such as the following panorama photo of the exact same galley kitchen.
So it isn't necessary to spend a lot of money on marketing to produce an amazing result! What a way to spend that tax refund check burning a hole in your pocket!
Happy Spring Realtors!

Christina - Nice camera at a good price. I need a new camera too, and an IPAD. :) Technology always sucks me in. Enjoy the camera, you took some good shots.
Have a good week!
