Good points Christina.  They are getting ready to do that makeover home in my town next week.  Interesting that they can get so many people to volunteer for free to do that. I did not know until they came to our town that almost all the labor and materials are donated.  Even in this bad economy, contractors are pitching in to help.  Guess they don't care how much it will add to resale!
